  • We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to be delivered in India. No additional charges will be applied at checkout.
  • Once the order is placed, we aim to dispatch your package within the time period mentioned on the product pages. 

  • We have partnered with trusted and reputable shipping carriers to handle the delivery of your order. However the delivery time may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • In case you require expedited shipping or any special delivery services, additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer support team for assistance in such cases.

  • Once your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a unique tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Currently, we offer shipping services only within India. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to serve customers in more locations soon.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for personalized, custom-made, made to order items, as they are specially created to meet individual preferences.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team via email on info@rosaniworld.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, will be required when requesting a return.

  • Once authorised, our team will arrange a pick up for the product that needs to be returned or exchanged.

  • Once we receive the product(s) that you wish to exchange or return and verify their eligibility, we will issue the exchange or refund as required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the order
  • In the event of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, we reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy.
  • Orders for custom-made garments cannot be cancelled once production has started. Customers will be notified of the production start date upon order confirmation.
