The Lero jacket
The Lero jacket is midnight denim worked in two directions at once. First, densely anchor-stitched in black thread across every panel - the fabric gaining a body and weight it does not have without the embroidery. Then, metallic floral patches placed at intervals across the surface. The stitch structures it. The flowers soften it. A jacket that holds both registers with equal certainty.
The evening that refuses to choose between strength and softness. The Lero holds both - and so does the woman wearing it.
Model is 5'8" and wears size S. Regular fit with blazer sleeves - sits at the hip. The anchor stitch gives the denim a firm, structured drape. True to size.
"The denim is stitched first, then the flowers go on. Those two things have no reason to be together - and that is exactly why they are. That tension is where the jacket lives." Rohitash Notani
