Cut on an angle from the same black suiting as the Pulse trouser and Haven jacket, it wraps at the natural waist and opens at the hem with metallic rings and rivets that give it weight and edge. Designed for anyone in the SANCTUARY wardrobe - worn over the Pulse trouser for a layered look, or as the silhouette of the evening on its own. The skirt moves. The hardware holds.
