Return and Refund Policy
At ROSANI, each piece is created with care, precision and intention. If your order is not quite right, we are here to assist.
Eligibility for returns and exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged if they meet all of the following conditions:
- the item is unworn and unused
- the item is returned in its original condition
- all original tags and packaging are included
- the return or exchange request is made within the return window for your region

Return windows
India Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping within India is arranged by ROSANI.
European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where a full order is returned within this window, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded.
Rest of the world Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, duties, taxes and any customs-related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
For orders within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom, the original standard delivery charge is refunded when a full order is returned within the return window. Duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
For all other orders, original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the next best option.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:
- custom-made garments
- made-to-order pieces
- personalised items
- items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form or at support@rosaniworld.com. Please include your order number and clear images of the issue so we can review the case and arrange an appropriate resolution.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including the legal guarantee of conformity available to customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Cancellations
India and rest of the world Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, unless production has already begun.
European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom Any item that has not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled up until the point it is fulfilled.
Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
For approved cancellations, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
